Please extract the "OfflineSetup.zip" into a folder and Run the installatin by double-clicking the  "setup.exe" file.

Once the installation has completed you need to install the upgrade. To do so please extract the "Offline_Upg_2.3 R1.zip" into a different folder and run the upgrade installation by double-clicking the "OfflineUpg.exe" file.

Once the above procedores are completed, you may delete the two folders.
