In developing the Vector Violet and Ultra Violet, Compulite has taken an innovative step forward.

Vector Violet offers lighting professionals a compact, lightweight, portable console that does not compromise power and creativity for size.

In Compulite's vision, a lighting control workstation of the 21st century must be as reliable and fast as any industrial control system, and as friendly as a desktop computer.


Vector Violet delivers unmatched performance, advanced functionality, enhanced programming facilities, in a richly designed, slim and compact format. The Vector Violet will be available in two configurations which can suite perfectly to any applications.

For years LD's have been looking for a desk that can travel to the gig with them.  The Vector Violet was mandated to be small and light - weight enough to be transported as regular luggage.  By using the latest hardware technologies and 3D modelling techniques, Compulite have been able to design a compact form factor platform that is ergonomically efficient and very powerful.

 
While ease of programming has not been compromised, neither have Vector's well known playback capabilities.  The Vector Violet has 5 virtual playback pages of 20 full featured playbacks and supports an additional 20 Q-key fader less playbacks for a total of 40 physical playbacks per page.  All playback levels, configurations, and run mode states may be recorded into one of the systems 9999 snapshots for instant recall when required.   With 2048 DMX channels as standard and optional expansion to 4096 via Compulite VC's, ArtNet, or sACN, the Vector Violet and Ultra Violet consoles should be capable of running all but the largest productions while still being affordable.
